Origin & Craft

This coffee is grown by Cooperativa Agricola de Servicios Norandino in the high mountain regions of Piura and Amazonas, Peru, where elevations of 1100–1700 meters and clay‑mineral soils create ideal growing conditions. The blend brings together classic varieties—Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor—each adding depth and nuance.

The beans are gully washed and dried in the sun, a traditional process that preserves clarity, sweetness, and the vibrant character of the region.
